The price displayed for products on this website represents the total price, including GST, for the product itself. However, postage/delivery charges depend on the destination.

Warranty Policy
When shopping with us, you have peace of mind knowing that your product is covered by Warranty. All our products are covered by an Australian Warranty of up to 12 months.
Change of Mind Policy
TecGuru will offer a change-of-mind exchange or store credit provided that:

The merchandise is in a re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

The items are NOT opened, used, worn, or damaged and are in perfect condition.

The change-of-mind replacement or store credit is sought within seven days of purchase.
Resolving Your Concerns
At TecGuru, we do our best to resolve all customer concerns, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. To return an item for refund or exchange, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Products must be in their original packaging, and all included accessories must be in new condition. Customers must ensure products are not damaged during their possession.
If you have chosen the Authority to Leave option, we cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred due to this.
Returns & Refund Policy
TecGuru reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if:

Our liability under this Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship and not by neglect, misuse, or excessive use. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change-of-mind policy.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Warranty
All products sold by TecGuru have a "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) Warranty. If the product is damaged during delivery and a claim is made within a week from dispatch, we will replace or repair it at our discretion.
If the damage is discovered outside the DOA period, please contact our Support Team for further assessment.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

TecGuru provides a voluntary warranty in addition to guarantees required by law, which include:

The product will be at the customer's risk during transit to and from TecGuru.
Service & Support
TecGuru reserves the right to replace the product with a similar one if an exact replacement is unavailable. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund may be issued at TecGuru's discretion.
Proof of purchase (invoice or paid order confirmation) must be provided when requesting service. TecGuru may seek reimbursement of costs if the product is found to be in working order.
TecGuru excludes all other warranties, conditions, and representations unless required by law.
