Shipment Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email or telephone if significant delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post and Sendle for deliveries. Our shipping rates are:

Free shipping for orders over $100.

Flat rate of $8 for orders below $100.

Estimated delivery times:

Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM in metro regions of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Next-day courier delivery within metro regions of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

3-5 business days for interstate orders.

1-3 business days for deliveries within New South Wales (NSW).

Shipment to P.O. Boxes
TechGuru ships to all addresses within Australia, including P.O. boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship internationally. We also do not ship to restricted or remote areas that are not serviced by Australia Post or Sendle.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Australian regulations. TechGuru is not responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes applied after shipment.
Damages & Lost Shipments
TechGuru is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, customers will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping fees.
Changes to Shipping Policy
TechGuru reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
