1. Customer Service Representative

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues
    • Assist customers in troubleshooting and finding the best products for their needs
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
    • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
  • Skills & Experience:

    • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • A passion for helping customers and delivering top-notch service

2. Mobile Technician

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Responsibilities:

    • Perform repairs on mobile phones and electronic devices
    • Diagnose issues and provide efficient, quality repair solutions
    • Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques
    • Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards
    • Assist in managing inventory and supplies for the repair workshop
  • Skills & Experience:

    • Previous experience in mobile phone repairs (preferred)
    • Strong technical knowledge of mobile devices and their components
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

3. Sales and Marketing Specialist

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
    • Manage social media accounts and online presence
    • Coordinate promotional events and product launches
    • Collaborate with the sales team to support growth strategies
  • Skills & Experience:

    • Previous experience in sales and marketing (preferred)
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage inventory levels and coordinate product shipments
    • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
    • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and dispatching stock
    • Work closely with suppliers and the customer service team to ensure smooth logistics processes
  • Skills & Experience:

    • Previous experience in logistics or warehouse management (preferred)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
