Shipment Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. No shipments occur on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volumes, delays may occur, and customers will be notified via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. Our shipping methods include Australia Post and couriers. We offer:
- Free shipping for orders over $100.
- A flat fee of $8 for orders under $100.
- Sydney Metro Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
- Next-Day Express Shipping for Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro areas.
- Interstate orders: 3-5 business days.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Damages

Returns Process
Change of Mind Returns
Products must be in original packaging, with all accessories included and in new condition.
If the "Authority to Leave" option was selected, TecGuru is not responsible for losses incurred.

Faulty Items and Consumer Guarantees
